Mona Real Estate is an independent brokerage working in Naples, Florida and Annapolis, Maryland. I work with families and investors to buy, sell, develop, and plan around two kinds of assets:

The goal is to keep the emotional bus moving in the right direction, with the confidence that someone is watching the details underneath.
Income-Producing Real Estate
Some properties are primarily investments, and the job is to think like an owner. In Naples, Florida and Annapolis, Maryland, I represent buyers and sellers of select income-producing properties including office, medical, retail, small industrial/flex, and mixed-use assets. The focus is simple: understand the story of the asset, price it correctly, manage the risks, and execute cleanly.
